Returns

As mentioned in our Shipping Information, please check all items upon delivery in case of damage in transit, as insurance will be void once receiver's signature has been obtained. If the package is in good condition but the product is in some way faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will accept returns. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there are any problems.

We will not accept returns on products if they are not faulty. We are willing to negotiate to exchange items that are undamaged, but only  via the Young Designer Markets in Brisbane, or by appointment at our studio in Noosaville, Queensland. Custom orders that vary from our standard sizes cannot be exchanged, or returned unless they are faulty.
