Seven Dandelions products are shipped via Fastway Couriers, or smaller items such as cushion covers are mailed through Australia Post. Orders sent with Fastway require the recipient to inspect the goods and sign upon receipt. If no-one is present at the specified address the courier will arrange to deliver the package at a suitable time. It is also possible to have your order sent to a work address.
Any item sent through Fastway Couriers is insured but it is important that the package is thoroughly checked while the Courier Driver is present and any complaint made regarding damage must be made at that time. If there is a delay in communicating any problems and your signature has already been given, insurance for the package will no longer be claimable and we will not be held responsible in this instance.

Shipping Prices
Seven Dandelions' shipping prices are based on location and the cubic metre size of the package, and are usually between $10 - $50. Shipping costs will be displayed once you have selected items and entered your address. If you are planing to purchase a number of shades of varying sizes that may fit inside each other, contact us to discuss the possibility of freighting them as one item. This option is available at our discretion depending on the suitability of the items being ordered.Expected Delivery Times
Standard delivery time for items purchased through the website is between 5-10 working days, however this may vary according to product availability, and issues with couriers beyond our control. Deliveries to more remote areas may also take slightly longer. If you are concerned about a delivery please contact us and we can track it for you. In the event that an item is out of stock or there is an expected delay, we will inform you via email and you have the option to receive a full refund, up until the time that the item has been despatched.
Custom orders may take longer, depending on fabric availability, special requests etc, however every effort is made to complete orders within 3 weeks of placement. We will inform you of expected delivery time via email upon confirmation of order.
We also offer the option of collecting orders from our studio at 8 Redgum Court, Noosaville, QLD 4566. Please select this option when making your purchase and we will contact you to organise a suitable time for collection.
Timber Lamp Bases
We are able to freight our Retro and Conical Table bases, and the Table Hangman and Tripod bases, however unfortunately the Floor Tripod and Hangman bases are currently not available for delivery. We do provide the option to collect them directly from our workshop on Douglas Lane, Sunshine Beach, QLD 4567, or you can contact us to discuss the option of arranging and paying for packaging and delivery yourself.
International Delivery
In some cases we may be able to ship our products internationally, however, due to the size of some of the shades this is often not financially viable. If you are an international customer please contact us prior to ordering to determine if the order can go ahead and to obtain a quote. We are able to post smaller shades (up to 13in diameter) to New Zealand - please email us for quotes.
