Trading Terms & Conditions

• This website is only intended for use by customers in Australia. Orders for products will only be accepted by customers who can provide a local billing address for their credit card in Australia. It may be possible to ship items overseas (ie New Zealand) for gifts, by special request.
• All prices shown are in Australian dollars. Seven Dandelions reserves the right to change prices without notice.
• When you purchase a product from Seven Dandelions website you agree to pay the purchase price specified at the time of purchase, and any applicable shipping and insurance charges based on the shipping options selected by you. All amounts are stated in Australian dollars. All purchase prices include Australian GST (where applicable). Shipping and any insurance charges will be shown separately.
• Seven Dandelions reserves the right to cancel any order we have already accepted if we suspect that you are acting fraudulently (such as using a credit card without proper authorisation). While we do our best to avoid pricing and other errors, they may inadvertently occur from time to time and we reserve the right to cancel an order we have accepted in such circumstances.
• Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may very occasionally result in a product being unavailable. If there is a delay in shipping your order we will contact you by email as soon as possible to advise you. In this circumstance, you may cancel the order at any time prior to shipping.
• Quotes for custom orders remain valid for 30 days from issue.
• Choose carefully as no refunds will be given on made to order items if you change your mind.
• A 30% deposit is required on all orders unless otherwise arranged.
• The remaining balance is required prior to despatch or at the time of pick-up.
• All goods remain the property of Seven Dandelions until paid for in full.
• Any fabric supplied by customers is subject to suitability.
• To ensure safe delivery, Seven Dandelions requires that you or someone on your behalf opens and inspects goods for damage and signs upon receipt of your purchase. Please ensure that someone is available at the specified delivery address in order to receive and check your purchase. If this is not possible, a preferable alternative is to have your purchase delivered to your work address. If goods are not checked upon delivery, you will not be eligible to claim for damaged goods. This is particularly important in the case of shades and bases.
